As an eating behavior expert and confidence coach, I’ll work with you to shift your thinking about food and free you from your dieting hell, so you can live a healthy, happy life.

How My Coaching Works  

Sessions are held via Zoom or in person (at Grand Cayman office). 

We spend the first session as a deep-dive, getting to know how you feel about food and your body and how that’s evolved over time. I’ll then help guide you,  session by session with advice, tools and worksheets, to build skills that help you get out of your head and tap into your body.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Ditch your diet thinking and diet tools that keep you trapped in your diet prison and disconnected from your body.
  • Tap into your body’s needs and understand when you’re hunger and full.
  • Eat what you want, when you want, without freaking out, feeling guilty or ashamed.
  • Accept and rock a healthy confident body and boost your self-esteem.
  • Understand and cope with your emotions so there’s no more crying into a tub of ice-cream.
  • Practice gentle nutrition and exercise for fun and health.


I will help you take back your power, giving you confidence and food freedom so you can find a stable weight, stop obsessing over food and finally start living a healthy happy life.

One Month Reset:  

Best for clients who are new to the anti-diet method and want to get a taster of what intuitive eating is all about.  The 1-month reset coaching allows us to discover your deep-seated emotional attachment to food and start to tackle this by shifting your thoughts around yourself, dieting, your environment and food. 
Includes three 60 minute sessions, with a health assessment, action steps, resources and worksheets and email support between sessions.

3-month Accelerator: 

Best for clients who want to really hone in on making significant behavior changes to their lifestyle and mindset. The 3- month program allows us to dig deep and tackle those buried emotions effectively, while also making changes to your environment, food choices and wellbeing. 
Includes ten personal 60 minute sessions including unlimited email support between sessions, plus full access to the Food Freedom course material, worksheets and tools. Plus 3-month membership to the private Facebook group for ongoing support, weekly exercises, motivation and meditations .

Maintenance Monthly: 

If you’ve been through personal coaching with me already and on your way to becoming an instinctive mindful eater and boosting your body confidence, then the maintenance coaching option may be for you. They’re less intensive than the initial monthly coaching, while still providing ongoing support and accountability. 
Includes two 60 minute sessions per month.

Group Workshops and Speaking Engagements: 

If you would like to tailor a session for a group workshop, school class, book club or conference, I can certainly do this too!  What’s better than one person being empowered to live a healthier, happier life?  Lots of people!  So get your friends, colleagues, family together and lets kick soul-sapping dieting to the curb together. Minimum of 8 people per group.   Call or email for pricing.
