1:1 Coaching

Initial Nutrition Assessment: KYD $200– which includes a private 1-hour consultation to assess your nutritional habits and health goals. This will include a full assessment report and nutritional recommendations that will be emailed to you within 7 days of the consultation.

Nutrition Follow-Up Consultation: KYD $150 – which includes a 45-minute follow-up consultation to offer continued support and education.

Follow-Up Package: KYD $550 – which includes 4 follow up consultations as described above, with a discount applied. You can choose how often to schedule a follow up: weekly, every 2nd week, or monthly. Valid for 6 months.

Sessions are virtual via Zoom, or in-person on request.

Group Coaching

6 week group coaching programme – attend a weekly class of a small group of women who have the same health goals, as well as a personalized 1:1 coaching plan to get you set up for success.
